Steps for install curtain track:

1. Straighten the coiled track first.Relax the coiled track and roll it in the opposite directioninto a big circle (at least twice as big as original), hold onfor a while, then make partial adjustments after unfolding;

TIP: The track is a little hard to straighten, that's ok. As long as the brackets are mounted in a line, it will look good when finishing;

2. Snap a line, measure and mark the desired positions12-16"apart;

3. Drill holes with 1/4" drill bit and insert the anchors;

4. Screw the brackets, all pointed same way perpendicularto line;

TIP: The plastic part of brackets should be facing the direction you standing, to make it easier to snap the track.

5.Measure length you needed and cut the track with a hacksaw;

6. Put up the required number of rollers, and get the endcaps to fit on;

7. Snap the track into brackets at the inflection point, the track may cannot be snapped into the bracket on the ceiling, you need to snap it into the bracket first, then mount thebracket to the ceiling with a screw.lf you want to remove the track from the brackets, push the plastic buckle back. (lt is easier to use a plier than by hand);

8. Loosen screws a little bit, fine-tune the position of the brackets, to get a better shape. (can skip this step);

9.Put the hooks on, then hang your curtain(s) on the roller hooks;

10.And there you have it! A flexible curtain track kit setup no time!

How to straighten the track?

There are 3 methods to make the track straight:

Method 1:You can prepare a basin of hot water,then soak the curtain track in the warm water for about 20-30mins before straighten it up slowly andgently;

Method 2:You can straighten roll the track in opposite direction,roll over it again and again until to straighten;

Method 3:Lay the track on the floor, put something heavy on the track for at least 24-48 hours before installation;

Curtain track is bending?	If the curtains are bending the curtain track down, additional mounting brackets are required depending on the weight of the curtain. We include enough mounting brackets to hold a standard curtain. Additional accessories can be purchased through in our store.
Are curtains included?	Curtains are NOT included; however, we DO include curtain hooks to ensure that this track will work with whatever curtain you decide to pair with our system. In rare instances where your curtain does not work with the provided hooks, we do carry specialty hooks.
Need to install to a stud?	It would be highly recommended to at least have a few of the brackets installed into a stud. The more studs you have the stronger the track will be. Our anchors are made to support the track using light weight curtains, however if you are going to use heavy duty curtains, a stud would be recommended.
Can used on drop ceiling?	Depending on the material of the drop ceiling and the weight limit, we Wouldn't recommend mount on a drop ceiling. If insist install on a drop ceiling, you need to secure the mounting brackets.
End covers do not fit?	They are meant to be tight to ensure that they do not fall off. A few tricks to get them on include sliding the bottom on first then pushing the rest on or loosening the end cap by sticking a small object inside.
Need to install to drywall?	It does not need to be drywall. You can install these brackets into any material. However, the screws provided are meant for drywall. You will need to purchase the appropriate screws for that material from your local hardware store.
How to straighten the track?	The curtain track is packaged coiled. Straighten the track over night. Use weights or heat (soak in water or use a hairdryer) and bend at the creases to straighten the curtain track

Can the track be cut?	Yes! The track can be cut down to the desired size. Measure the desired length and use a hacksaw to cut the track down to size.
